Joining my group coachings has many benefits: You learn from each other and we receive co-regulation and emotional attunement from a whole group of like minded people who want to heal and regulate, too.
Besides that, I share a lot of psycho-educational content within my group coachings and they're also a space for a deeper understanding of our physiology and specifically of our brain & nervous system. It's a place of connection, community and of inspiration for better strategies for self-regulation, healing, a more balanced nervous system and healthier & happier lives & relationships
